This 3-week series combines Medicine Wheel teachings, the Aroma Yoga Trauma Release Exercises and Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) with certified healing arts practitioners Tracy Griffiths and January Love.
Each class is 90 min. and begins at 6:30pm PST

Explore your Four Directions, learn how the teaching of the Medicine Wheel can lay the groundwork for your life and then be guided on the simple yet profound Memory Release Technique with key essential oils.
AROMA Trauma Release Exercises® (TRE)
Clear your slate and remember what it’s like to come back home to deep relaxation and peace.
Join us for easy to follow practices to make transformative changes in your body, mind and spirit. You will learn the simple self-help tool that is scientifically proven to relieve anxiety, stress, pain and trauma. Utilizing the olfactory system, our sense of smell and TRE, which stands for Trauma Release Exercises, we can erase built up stress and tension while gently clearing challenging emotions and memories. You will learn a self-empowering series of exercises and a memory release technique which will restore an inner sense of peace and relaxation.

Aroma Freedom Technique
The Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) uses the power of scent to gently shift awareness away from negative thoughts, feelings, and memories, and to initiate a positive outlook and attitude. This results in greater confidence and inner freedom. When we are no longer stuck in negative mindsets, we are free to create the life we desire.
Even people who have never used oils before or don’t know the first thing about Psychology have been blown away by how simple and powerful it is. Additionally, those in the helping professions will be able to integrate it into their existing treatment model.

If you don’t have these essential oils, we can send you sample sizes for an additional $25 (shipping included). Or, you can use the essential oils from Young Living’s Premium Starter Kit.
Order as soon as possible, so your shipment arrives in time for our transforming journey. Once you register you will receive a ZOOM link and classes will be recorded in case you miss a day or want to replay.
